Since her graduation from the Montreal School of Contemporary Dance in 2003, Érika Morin has danced for a number of choreographers, most notably Sonya Biernath, Amélie Rajotte, Geneviève Smith-Courtois, Chantal Caron and Julie Duguay. In 2006 she collaborated with Sursaut, before embarking on a significant collaboration with the dance/theatre company Pigeons International in 2009, and could even be found doing theatre: performing in the play Chlore (2014-2016) under the direction of Florence Longpré. She was also a cast member of the Montreal opera Another Brick In The Wall, directed by Dominic Champagne, during 2017-2019.

In 2021 she got the opportunity to choreograph and dance a solo in Syntonie, by Janie et Márcio, and later joined the cast of Les Dix Commandements by Harold Rhéaume for its 2022-2023 tour. She joined the cast of Through My Eyes in 2023.
