Dance boot camp 2026

Resident company of the Maison culturelle et communautaire de Montréal-Nord, Bouge de là offers several dance workshops each year as part of a Spring Break camp.

This year, activities take place over four days, from Monday March 2 to Thursday March 5 2026, in the Salle Oliver Jones at the MCCMN.

Workshop 1 – Creative Dance for Ages 5 to 8

9:30 to 10:30 a.m. with Hélène Langevin.

This creative dance class encourages children to explore their natural movement and develop their physical expression.

Workshop 2 – Videostyle for Ages 9 to 18

10:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with Carlos Mendoza.

This videostyle street dance class focuses on electro dance technique, incorporating groove, coordination, musicality, and energy. Through learning and performing an original choreography, participants are invited to explore the limitless possibilities of this urban dance style that emerged in the early 2000s.
