Once again this year, Bouge de là offered three dance workshops during Spring Break 2024!
Activities took place over 4 days, from Monday March 4 to Thursday March 7 2024, in the Salle Oliver Jones of the Maison culturelle et communautaire de Montréal-Nord (MCCMN).
On the last day of the workshop, the young interns had the opportunity to present the results of their learning in front of their parents and friends, in the same theatre!
Workshop 1 – Creative Dance
For pupils aged 5 – 8 years old. Supervised by Hélène Langevin
Our artistic director will be offering a creative dance class to this young group, which will help to familiarize them with their natural movements, while at the same time developing an awareness of how they express themselves physically.

Workshops 2 & 3 – Videostyle
WORKSHOPS 2 & 3 – VIDEOSTYLE
Workshops 2 and 3 divided into two distinct levels (beginners and intermediates). Supervised by Carlos Mendoza
Carlos will offer a videostyle streetdance class based on Electro dance technique, which incorporates groove, coordination, musicality and energy. Through learning and performing an original choreography, the group will explore the infinite limits of this urban dance that emerged in the 2000s.
