A former competitive gymnast, Chloé Ouellet-Payeur graduated with a degree in dance from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and the École de danse contemporaine de Montréal (EDCM).

She took her first steps in the world of professional dance in 2011, performing in outdoor shows. Since then, she has been a street performer every summer, including at Montreal Complètement Cirque and a wide variety of events in Québec, France and Mexico, with the dance company Dans son salon.

Since finishing her studies, Chloé has been hired as a performer by companies such as DansEncorps, Nadère arts vivants, Corpus Dance Projects and Dans son salon. In recent years, she has also developed an interest in illustration, contortion and teaching acrobatics to dancers, among other things. In 2018 she took over the role of contortionist Andréane Leclerc, who trained her in contortion, in the solo show Cherepaka.
